A welcoming Masonic lodge dedicated to fellowship, self-betterment, charity, and service to the community.

About Pacific Lodge No. 16

Freemasonry, fellowship, and betterment

Pacific Lodge No. 16 is part of one of the world’s oldest and largest goodwill fraternities. Our members believe that every man has a duty to improve himself, support those around him, and contribute positively to his family, community, and society.

“Freemasonry is an ancient and respectable institution, embracing individuals of every nation, of every religion, and of every condition in life. Wealth, power and talents, are not necessary to the person of a Freemason. An unblemished character and virtuous conduct are the only qualifications for admission in to the Order.”

Fellowship

Pacific No. 16 is a place where brethren meet in friendship, mutual respect, and shared purpose.

Self-Betterment

Freemasonry encourages each man to improve himself through reflection, discipline, learning, and service.

Relief & Charity

Masons are encouraged to act when opportunities arise to help others and make a meaningful difference.

What we believe

At Pacific No. 16, our members are proud to be part of the oldest and largest goodwill fraternity in the world. We believe that every man has a duty to make life better, not only for himself, but also for those around him. Through Freemasonry, we are encouraged to better ourselves and help others on a daily basis.

Charity is not limited to financial giving. It can mean being willing to help when the opportunity presents itself: assisting someone in distress, supporting a neighbour, teaching children to read, donating time to youth, or simply offering an example of kindness and goodwill.

Freemasonry is not a religious order. We do not discuss politics or religion in lodge. Masons share a belief in a Supreme Being, but the interpretation of that belief is left to each individual Mason.

At Pacific No. 16, we strive to become better men. Our ambition is self-betterment. As we improve ourselves, we improve the world around us: our community, our family, and our friends.

We are proud of the welcoming spirit at Pacific No. 16. If you are a brother visiting from out of town, we would love to see you at our lodge. Let us know you are coming so we can welcome you properly and make our lodge feel like your second home.

If you are new to Freemasonry and are considering joining, send us an email or join us for dinner at our lodge on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Come meet us, ask questions, and get to know what Pacific No. 16 is like in person.
